Step::1 Login to cPanel and go to Backup Wizard in Files section.

Step::2 Now click over Backup tab

Step::3 Next click on Full Backup button

Step::4 Here while Generating a Full Backup choose the Backup Destination to Secure Copy(SCP)

Step::5 Enter the Remote Server Credentials like Server Hostname, Username, password, port. In Port use 21 if you are using FTP or else 22 if you are using SFTP.

Step::6 Finally click over Generate Backup button.

In this way your backup will be generated to the remote destination server.
